Mr. Abdelkarim Hamdaoui has been the Managing Director of PACKTEC since September 2020. He graduated from the National School of Administration in Tunisia, University Assistant in several universities and higher business schools (from 2005 to 2009).
Chief Controller of Public Services at the Presidency of Government (from 2011 to 2018).
Advisor to the Minister of Industry in Tunisia (from 2018 to 2020)
