Andrew lives in the Netherlands where he is the communications director of AIPiA, The Active and Intelligent Packaging Industry Association based in Utrecht Holland which he also helped found in 2001. He is responsible for the AIPIA online newsletters and writes many articles for other journals as well as giving lectures and presentations on smart packaging around the world.
He also works with the European Aluminum Foil Association (EAFA) on its communication as well as flexible packaging Europe FPE and CEFLEX on sustainability issues for the plastic industry. In addition, he writes for several packaging companies on their technology developments.
