Gurpreet Kaur Kenth, is a trailblazing young entrepreneur, aged 30, hailing from Kenya. With a remarkable family history that traces back to a business established even before independence, Gurpreet, along with her brothers, are the third generation that spearheads the family companies. 

In 2018, Gurpreet returned to Kenya, and with a passionate commitment to the environment and the people of her country. She became a key trailblazer in plastic recycling in Kenya. Her deep concern for environmental issues, gender inequality, plastic pollution, poverty, and unemployment fuelled her drive to create livelihood opportunities for Kenyans, especially women and youth. Gurpreet is currently the CEO of T3, her brainchild and startup, which has thrived over the past five years. The company has significantly impacted the lives of 4,000 people within its supply chain, diverted over 200 million bottles from landfills and oceans, and generated a turnover of nearly $2 million. Her journey as an entrepreneur, advocate for the environment, and champion for social change continues to inspire and uplift communities, making a lasting difference in Kenya and beyond. Gurpreet is focused on changing the perception of waste in Kenya. Through grassroots initiatives and community-driven projects, she has encouraged recycling practices and instilled a sense of responsibility among citizens toward waste management. By empowering local communities and fostering a culture of environmental stewardship, she is making a tangible impact in reducing plastic waste in Kenya's oceans, lakes, and environment.
